Job Description
Responsibilities
- Pack/box orders for export or domestic shipments.
- Prepare shipments in ERP system.
- Verify all shipment data pulls in from Sales order correctly into UPS Worldship.
- Prepare and verify all export and domestic documentation.
- Prepare EEI Export filing in ACE portal.
- Communicate with our Order Management team on export processes or special requests that arise.
- Effectively communicate with Compliance team with all export issues.
- Process all shipments for LTL Freight carriers UPS/FEDEX/DHL and courier services.
- Maintain an accurate filing system of network scanned and hard copy documents.
Requirements
- Prior shipping/warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Energetic hard-working individual who would like a permanent long-term position and opportunity to grow within our company
- Must have above basic computer and data entry skills.
- Proficient in Excel/ Word/Outlook.
- Must be able to work in high paced high-volume environment.
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must demonstrate accuracy responsibility and thoroughness with all work and projects.
- Ability to lift at least 65 lbs.; Stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills and have a positive attitude.
- Excellent attendance/punctuality.
- Ability to learn additional warehouse tasks.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
