Administer onboarding and off-boarding activities
Create maintain and update records in HR databases and systems to ensure data accuracy and quality
Attend to staff queries in relation to HR policies and processes
Provide administrative support in staff welfare billings and payments matters
Participate in HR relevant projects
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Students from Business Administration / Human Resources or relevant courses
Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge with Workday will be an advantage
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
Meticulous and well-organized
Excellent coordination and follow-up skills
A team player with positive attitude self-motivated and proactive personality
Ability to thrive on challenges in a fast-paced and high-volume environment where quality and speed are of essence
