Responsibilities

Sales Plan Implementation

  • Develop and implement the annual sales business plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives.
  • Build relationships with both external and internal clients to capitalize on all business opportunities.
  • Identify key opinion leaders and work with Country Sales Manager to ensure development of strong business relationships.
  • Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the clients to ensure to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns.
  • Undertake activities in accordance with relevant KPIs.
  • Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned districts/ areas.
  • Support the Manager in the development of Sales Activity Plan.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Measure success of sales performance and activities conducted within the area.
  • Record all sales activities and market intelligence within relevant report on daily basis.
  • Undertake monthly analysis of sales and implement action to ensure achievement within agreed parameters.

Product and Procedure Knowledge

  • Via self-directed learning proactive and effective involvement in training and development and market research ensure ongoing currency of; product knowledge sales skills and internal systems and processes.
  • Ensure understanding and adhere to all compliance requirements. Building and protecting Dentsplys brand as a company with unquestionable integrity.

Other activities

  • Work closely with Marketing Team to coordinate set-up and host trade-show/ exhibit/ seminars/ clinical meetings as assigned to build product demand.
  • Coordinate and organize meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand.
  • Processes customer orders and provides account service to assigned and prospective customers.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • College / University graduate preferable major in Science or dental technology

Experience

  • 3 years sales experience in related discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience preferably in scientific field with demonstrated sales success
  • Dealer management experience preferred

Specific Knowledge /skills

  • Fluency in English (Business communication level)
  • Good team player reliable and disciplined
  • Highly self-motivated hardworking and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
