Primary purpose:

Lead growth strategies for the brand and company by identifying new market opportunities building strategic partnerships that drives new gen Z customer acquisition under a fast-paced dynamic environment. The senior manager is expected to drive the new approach which is innovative and creative uniquely to Tapestry.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Director and contribute to Tapestry BD team in following areas:

Negotiate the new open renewal relocation and closure plans with landlords of all channel

Drive innovation and out of box idea into the business development that is unique to tapsesty

Closely partner with Legal Department to prepare the contract to enable smooth negotiations

Manage the progress of projects and update the project list in a timely manner

Lead assigned projects from the initial feasibility assessment through to internal approval working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Liaise with Global Store Planning & Construction (GSPC) team to ensure on time delivery of all projects within budget

Collaborate proactively and strategically with each brands retail team to enhance and strengthen relationships with key business partners.

Strategically leverage the business scale as tapestry to enhance the negotiation for an elevated condition for both Coach and Kate Spade.

Plan and execute the tenjikai (exhibition) to enhance the brand awareness among key business partners

Education/Qualifications:

BA or equivalent academic degree

Business Development or including negotiations with free standing landlord Mall Outlet malls and Department Stores ideally more than 5 years

Open-mindedness and flexibility

Demonstrate strong adaptability and resilience in response to changing business environments and organizational needs.

Excellent inter-personal communication skill and building networks with related partners

Willingness to learn and develop him/herself

Business level English is a plus
