Skills and Competencies:
- Knowledge of insurance methodologies (P&C Life Health) and risk factors.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple projects independently.
- In-depth understanding of finance financial statements and capital markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Finance Economics or Business/Accounting.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in credit/financial data analysis and project management.
- Experience in fundamental finance is a mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Lead data analytical and research projects for Moodys ratings; mentoring junior team members.
- Serve as Process Owner for ADO processes identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of BAU tasks including complex data and research assignments.
- Independently interact with stakeholders to resolve non-standard issues.
- Provide technical guidance on financial statement analysis and ratio analysis.
- Coordinate work allocation and manage the workload pipeline for timely completion.
- Train new hires and mentor team members on financial spreading.
- Conduct quality assessments of team members work and provide constructive feedback.
About the Team: The Analytic Data Operations (ADO) team supports Moodys ratings and research through data and analytical work. By joining you will enhance data-driven processes and develop valuable skills for a career in financial services.
