The mission of the HRIM Department is to enable effective people decisions by centralizing people information.

THE ROLE
As the Manager HRIM you will lead the team to:
Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
Manage complex or sensitive requests with professionalism and confidence navigating competing priorities and expectations
Coach and develop the team through feedback performance management and growth opportunities
Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of people information and documentation
Prepare contracts and other employment-related documents
Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives and projects
Support P&C cycles including planning talent review compensation process
Ensure the secure handling and distribution of people information
Deliver high quality services to all client groups
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager HRIM has:
Proven leadership and team management experience
Demonstrated ability to manage HR operational projects
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
Strong prioritization skills and acts with a sense of urgency
The appetite to continuously learn and develop oneself
An enthusiastic approach to taking on new opportunities and challenges
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $80000$100000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience.
