Job Summary
Job Summary
The Bobcat/Trailer Cleaner is responsible for cleaning out the trailers once they are backed to the raw dock using a skid steer and getting them cleaned up ready to go back out to the customer.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Nothing in this job description restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
- Unloads raw material trailers that cannot be dumped with a lift.
- Prepares trailer after unloading to be ready to go back out to customer using a pressure washer etc.
- Performs various tasks related to the operation of the facility in terms of general labor.
- Maintains safety as top priority in accordance with all company safety rules and regulations.
- Aware of have received training and is responsible for maintaining Darlings Food Safety program.
- All other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in the operation of machinery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good oral and written communication skills; able to follow oral and written directions.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends as needed.
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to walk stand sit climb balance stoop kneel crawl and crouch.
- Frequently lift push pull or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Regularly required reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment
Job functions will be carried out in a bakery facility which requires tolerance for high heat and/or cold temperatures.
