Customer Success Manager
Candidate must live within driving distance to our Rolling Meadows Headquarters as this is a hybrid position

The Customer Success Manager will be involved with customer relationships as it relates to software and/or service products starting after a sale is complete and continuing through renewal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of customer experience from end of sale through onboarding and renewal of software and services
  • Collaborate with EP Specialist and Sales Representatives to provide software demonstrations to prospective and current customers
  • Recommend related software & products on all appropriate customer contacts
  • Proactively communicate with subscribers to ensure data quality compliance and readiness.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding service products pricing.
  • Partner with AP department to ensure timely payment of sub-contractors
  • Complete onsite AED maintenance projects (would put this under SAAS Implementation specialist if we go that direction.)
  • Support AED service technicians in field Collaborate with software technical support to resolve customer technical issues
  • Advocate for the customer by documenting feedback and feature requests in proprietary software
  • Become an expert user of software developed by School Health and assist with quality assurance testing.
  • Oversee daily operations of Customer Success Associates assisting where appropriate

.Experience:
3-4 years Customer facing experience
SaaS sales or support experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
Knowledge of Emergency Preparedness industry ie EMT CPR Instructor

Education: High School or equivalent; some college or business courses strongly preferred. Relevant experience will be considered

Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular punctual attendance consistent with the ADA FMLA and other federal state and local standards
Must be able to talk listen and speak clearly on telephone

Salary Range: $46000 - $69500

The compensation for this role listed on this posting is in compliance with applicable law. The selected candidates compensation will be determined based on the individuals skills experience internal/market equity factors and qualifications. This posted minimum and maximum range represents the minimum and maximum of what we reasonably expect to compensate for the position. Furthermore all compensation decisions are ultimately determined in accordance with our compensation philosophy
