Execute the design analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards practices procedures and product / program requirements.
Developing specialized knowledge in the design performance and production of composite hardware.
Has awareness of latest technical developments within aerospace composites.
Contributes towards strategy best practices and ensure delivery of commercial composite hardware to meet the demands of our customers.
Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of expertise and responsibility. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications
Significant experience in the Engineering/Technology & Mechanical Component.
Bachelors degree
Very good level of English
Desired Characteristics
Experience and expertise in the application of composite materials to Aerospace / Aviation hardware to meet critical design functionality.
Experience leading and mentoring less experienced engineers.
Familiarity with multiple methods of producing composite hardware using aerospace composite materials
In depth understanding of quality processes used to assess and control composite hardware
Strong understanding of aviation regulatory agencies (FAA / EASA) and how to interpret and applying certification requirements to the design of composite hardware
Experience in the development and interpretation of finite element analysis models
