Our Civil Infrastructure group is looking for Senior Civil Designer to provide strong technical drafting expertise and a collaborative mindset to support civil infrastructure projects.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and deliver detailed civil design packages for infrastructure projects.
- Ensure that drawings incorporate all design features and maintain the project requirements.
- Contribute design modifications to improve the quality and function of the design.
- Coordinates with engineers technical leads and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of design documentation.
- Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop site grading drainage utilities and roadway designs.
- Manage project timelines deliverables and quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.
- Participate in client meetings and provide technical input as needed.
What You Bring:
- At least 10 years relevant experience in Civil Infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D software preferably in a consulting industry.
- Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and contribute to collaborative design reviews.
- Prior involvement in Australian infrastructure or land development projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and tools such as Navisworks ProjectWise or Revit is a plus.
