Job Summary
Experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders. Have a strong background in project management methodologies excellent leadership and communication skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time within scope and on budget.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations.
- Identify and manage project risks issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
- 8 years of project management experience including large-scale or enterprise-level projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA).
- PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are preferred.
