Job Description
Business Systems Support
We are seeking a specialist in logistics systems support to ensure the efficient operation of our technology platforms related to supply chain and inventory managemen. This role is essential in supporting operational teams and resolving technical issues that impact product delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users of logistics systems (WASS)
- Identify and resolve system errors outages or data inconsistencies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to improve processes
- Document support procedures configurations and best practices
- Participate in testing of new functionalities updates and deployments
- Train end users on the use of technological tools
- Escalate critical issues to vendors or internal technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Systems or related field
- 2 years of experience providing technical support within logistics environments
- Proficient in Excel with intermediate-advanced macro programming skills
- Functional knowledge of Power Apps including use of connectors formulas and interface design
- Experience in designing configuring and maintaining automotive labeling using BarTender software
- knowledge of SQL and data analysis
- Knowledge of MSSQL Server Oracle and MySQL
Web and Mobile Programming (Intermediate Level)
- Programming Languages: JavaScript PHP VBScript
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic settings
