Job Description
KITE Search is currently representing a leading real estate developer in Hong Kong that own several assets across the city. As a business they are well regarded and have an excellent reputation both locally and globally. We are currently looking to identify a Property Manager to oversee some of their key assets in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a team to provide property and facilities management services for daily operations of a portfolio of our buildings.
- Onsite management of the property ensuring smooth operations
- Supervise the performance of cleansing technical and security staff repair and maintenance contractors etc.
- Liaise with tenants contractors district members 3PL service providers etc.
- Attend meetings at head office and prepare periodical operation reports.
Requirements
- A degree holder of a recognized university.
- A full membership of professional property management qualification
- Having at least 8 year practical working experience in property management in Hong Kong.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
- Familiar with MS Office
