Job Description

With their Asia HQ based in Hong Kong we are seeking a hands on Senior Finance Manager to manage their accounting records and the production of financial reports in APAC region. This role will lead the team to ensure correct processes are followed and results are delivered accurately. Responsibilities:
- Review and monitor all management reporting and ensure they are prepared timely accurately relevant to business needs
- Overseeing daily transactions (e.g. accounts payable/receivable ledger etc)
- Ensure Company secretarial routines are done properly and in compliance with relevant laws
- Monitor and control the Accounts payable & receivable function to ensure that purchases payments & recieveables are made in accordance with companys policies
- Oversee the cash flow of the business ensuring compliance with groups treasury policy
- Maintain regular contact and build relationships with banks to negotiate with bankers on companys banking facilities requirement and to ensure the terms are at the best benefit to the group as a whole.
- Oversight and control of accounting system and the information flow from the order processing system.
- Ensure the Financial books are prepared in compliance to Accounting and Tax standards. Liaise with auditors and tax advisors as necessary
- Provide integrated financial solution to the business for new initiatives and influence cross functional team (ops IT Supply Chain Commercial) to achieve the financial & ops setup;
- Establish working capital and balance sheet review standards in the region and lead reviews of key financial indicators across the region
Requirements:
- 10 years with previous experience in corporate accounting at a senior level
- Degree holder and qualified account
- Must have demonstrated experience and be proficient in SAP
- Ability to manage guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principle
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Able to multi-task effectively in a multicultural busy work environment and work under pressure & deadlines
- Have a passion for emerging technologies to deliver best practice for new business opportunities and ensuring financial systems integrity
