Position Description (Major tasks Value added Contribution context Work relations Qualifications):
1 - Accountable to design develop and optimize production processes and process safety.
2 - Responsible to provide chemical expertise consultancy and propose quick solutions in trouble shooting.
3 - Responsible to ensure compliance with external and internal rules and regulations.
4 - Accountable to execute and review PHA (Process Hazrd Analysis) and get approval by PPS expert.
5 - Accountable to maintain MoC system and ensure the effectiveness.
6 - Responsible for process safety training to train new emploees regular re-train employees and ensure the effectiveness of training.
7 - Accountable to maintain and safeguard the plant documentation standards in his/her area including P&ID and safety MI compliance documentation.
8 - Responsible to support the site capital investment projects and small improvement projects with process safety knowledge and experiences.
9 - Responsible for scope definition and accountable for technical acceptance of plant modifications from the reliability product quality and process safety perspective.
10-As process lead to be a key member for site phase 2&3 project.
Qualification:
-Bachelor degree above in Chemical Engineering or other technical related majors field. With engineering background chemical engineering is preferred (The requirement can be lowered for good experienced candidates)
-Clear logic in data analysis PPT presentation routine business management.
-Self-driven with courageous and co-ordinational skills
-Communication in English and Mandarin languages
-More than 5 years above experience in process safety in multi-national company environment and has specific expertise in fields such as process and chemical hazard prevention fire and explosion prevention functional safety pressure relief design modeling and calculations of hazards and consequences. (The requirement can be lowered for sharp logic good courageous candidates )
