Job Description
Campbell Kia of Missoula is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Title Clerk/Car Biller to join our team. This role is responsible for processing vehicle titles and registrations billing new and used vehicle deals and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will have automotive dealership experience and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Title Clerk Duties:
- Process vehicle titles for new used wholesale and trade-in vehicles
- Submit and track title applications and registration paperwork
- Verify Title information and resolved any discrepancies
- Maintain title records and track title status to ensure timely processing
- Communicate with lenders customers and internal staff regarding title issues
Car Biller Duties:
- Accurately post and bill new and used car deals into the accounting system.
- Verify deal documentation for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile schedules and resolve billing errors or discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive titling and/or billing required.
- Knowledge of DMV regulations and state title laws.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
