Were seeking a Software Engineer to design build and deliver modern applications using Microsoft and JavaScript frameworks. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in full-stack environments and is eager to integrate AI into the software development lifecycle. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions that power real business impact.

The Role

What Youll Do
- Develop and deploy applications using C# .NETSQL Server React/.
- Apply AI tools andbest practices to enhance coding testing and delivery workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders across industries including manufacturing financial services and retail
- Contribute across the full stack: user interface database and services
- Support third-party integrations and deployment services
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies helping to estimate and plan work
- Grow your skills through RDAs Continuous Learning program which provides a bonus for training goals learning objectives and certification exams
- 2 - 4 years full stack development experience in a cloud environment /C# React/ jQuery (for legacy support) and SQL Server
- Experience integrating AI tools into the software development process
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science (or related field) preferred
- Collaborate with teams solving real business problems through modern development and AI
- Work on high-impact cross-industry projects
