Job Description

Rental Coordinator Commercial Vehicles Pacoima CA


The Rental Coordinator Commercial Vehicles is responsible for assisting the Sales and Operations teams with administrative duties as well as building and maintaining internal and external client relationships. The Rental Coordinator Commercial Vehicles will lead communication to other departments to ensure clients expectations are surpassed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills in an environment that demands exceptional performance.


What Youll Do:

  • Set-up new accounts obtain insurance certificates scan and file all digital documents in the appropriate database manage D-TV cards and units manage contracts and related paperwork for all outgoing units print and distribute reports daily and as necessary maintain confidential files and manage internal roster and contact list.
  • Review all rental orders for accuracy and ensure everything is in compliance with SOX controlled procedures.
  • Obtain all pertinent information from the client regarding their rental needs and present the information to the Rental Team to complete the rental process.
  • Familiarize oneself with all internal employees transportation coordinators and the Quixote client base to ensure an exceptional facility experience.
  • Learn and understand the business as it relates to the vehicles and motorhomes to assist in client education of Quixotes offerings.
  • Assist billing department in tracking all paperwork for closing orders.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate department based upon the clients needs/requests.
  • Follow-up with internal departments to ensure client inquiries/issues were addressed and resolved.
  • Schedule and manage on-site client visits and vehicle tours by partnering with internal departments to ensure a safe and well-organized client tour.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What Youll Need:

  • 2 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications (MS Office Suite).
  • Strong analytical organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrating accuracy in the execution of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changes in a high-volume environment.
  • Please note the candidate selected for this position will be required to complete a criminal background check.

Compensation:

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements the pay range for this role is $19.00- $25.00 per hour.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including but not limited to market location job-related knowledge education/training certifications key skills experience external market and internal value including seniority and merit systems and internal pay compliance with the California Law a potential new employees salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
