Our client is a leading beauty and personal care brand.

Theyre seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer engagement and business growth. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns and programs across digital retail and traditional platforms. This position requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and strong leadership skills to manage the marketing team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Creating and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives ensuring brand consistency and market differentiation across all channels.
  • Brand Management: Leading the development and positioning of Karmarts brand and product portfolio. Maintaining a deep understanding of consumer needs and market trends to drive brand innovation and differentiation.
  • Campaign Management: Planning and executing 360-degree marketing campaigns (online and offline) to drive product awareness customer engagement and sales growth. Monitoring and optimising the performance of campaigns ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Market Research and Insights: Conducting regular market research to analyze consumer behaviour market trends and competitor activity. Using insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Leading coaching and motivating a team of marketing professionals to achieve goals and drive performance. Fostering a culture of collaboration creativity and accountability within the team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with product development sales and operations teams to ensure alignment in marketing initiatives and effective product launches.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Managing the marketing budget effectively ensuring the optimal allocation of resources to maximize campaign impact and achieve objectives within budget constraints.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Tracking and analysing key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing activities. Providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management on marketing performance.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Experience in the beauty FMCG or consumer goods industries is preferred.
    • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth.
    • Basic knowledge of digital marketing social media and e-commerce platforms.
