The Role:

Carrot seeks a dynamic results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to lead new business growth in APAC. Were seeking an individual who thrives in competitive settings excels at understanding complex products and industries and is skilled at communicating effectively with diverse teams and clients.

As an Enterprise Account Executive youll be responsible for sourcing new opportunities collaborating closely with internal teams to onboard clients influencing our product roadmap and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.   • Build a strong sales pipeline while also closing deals exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Be a trusted consultant and an advisor to external parties enabling you to gain insights into your prospects pain points and buying needs
  • Become an expert on Carrots product and conduct discovery calls customized demos and presentations to prospective customers
  • Act as a partner to Carrots product team and the voice of the market to help inform product priorities
  • Learn Carrots unique value proposition and convincingly communicate Carrots strengths
  • Collaborate well with team members and forecast accurately.

The Team:

Working closely with Marketing and CS teams to bring clients on board with Carrot and make sure they have excellent service

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling to large enterprise clients in the employer health benefits space
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently
  • Experience working with consulting firms who support employers evaluations of new benefits
  • Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Bachelor Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in navigating complicated benefits buying topics such as cost savings and compliance
  • Located in Singapore

In addition to base salary this role is eligible for variable compensation through our sales commission program
