Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through marketing activities and other channels including inbound leads/outbound prospecting.
  • Identify and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts understanding their needs and providing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including technical experts product managers and other stakeholders to create and propose solutions that address customer needs
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market demands
  • Prepare and presenting regular sales reports forecasts and market analysis.
  • Represent Yokogawa at industry events trade shows and conferences

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
  • Industry Experience: Decarbonization Power/Energy /Optical Communications Test & Measurement
  • Knowledge of instruments like optical spectrum analyzers oscilloscopes power meter and power analyzers
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies manage accounts and close deals
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience
