Your Mission
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully disassemble returned or used bikes using proper tools and procedures
- Identify and separate reusable recyclable and defective parts
- Clean and prepare components for quality checks or reassembly
- Document and report issues found during disassembly
- Support refurbishment operations such as wheel truing basic repairs or part replacements
- Keep the workshop tidy and ensure parts are well-organized and traceable
Your skills and qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude; bike knowledge is a plus but training can be provided
- Attention to detail and a structured work approach
- Ability to handle tools and components safely and efficiently
- Physical ability to lift bikes and work on your feet throughout the day
- Team player with a proactive mindset
