- Industry/ Organization Type: Construction
- Position Title: Built Heritage Consultant
- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon Fri 9.00am 6.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4500 Variable Bonus
- Duration: 2-years Contract (Convertible to Permanent)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare heritage assessment reports such as Heritage Statements Statements of Significance Impact Reports and Building Recording Reports.
- Conduct archival research and prepare desk-based assessments.
- Carry out site surveys and visit libraries or archives.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery and identify ways to improve heritage sites.
- Work together with other professionals such as designers engineers and environmental specialists to benefit both clients and the environment.
- Manage heritage surveys including condition assessments and building recording.
- Be a supportive team member contributing to high-quality project work and professional growth.

- Degree in Built Heritage Architecture or a related field required. Other built environment degrees (e.g. Building Conservation) will be considered.
- At least two years of working experience in built heritage or the built environment is preferred.
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply training will be provided.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage.
