Junior to Mid-Level Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer Eindhoven Netherlands
Language Requirement: Dutch Speaking (Minimum B1 Level)
Work Environment: On-site with occasional remote work flexibility
Contract Duration: Initial 12 month Contract working via Leap29 After the 12 months you will go into a potential permanent position.
An opportunity is available for a Junior to Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to support a range of industrial projects primarily in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves engineering and design work related to the development and modification of cleanrooms and technical installations. Responsibilities include specifying lighting levels power supplies for machinery and contributing to systems for environmental management and precision weighing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the Electrical Instrumentation & Process Control (EIP) discipline supporting both mono- and multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Develop low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical designs including specifications single-line diagrams consumer lists and layout drawings.
- Design of grounding systems lighting and lightning protection solutions.
- Utilise tools such as Intelec and Vision for producing design documentation.
- Conduct on-site inspections and oversee final acceptance of installations after project completion.
- Ensure that all engineering work meets established quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and interface with client representatives during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree (HBO or university level) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering or energy technology ideally in an industrial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and structure your own work effectively.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative in a project-driven environment.
- Experience working independently and in multidisciplinary project teams.
- Familiarity with Dutch standards and regulations related to electrical installations specifically NEN1010.
