Were looking for a hands-on technical expert to join our Production team and take the lead in diagnosing and resolving production this role youll work across teams to improve processes support new product introductions and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the efficiency reliability and quality of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
Review and improve technical documentation and work instructions to support standardized and efficient assembly processes.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical electrical and software-related production issues perform root cause analysis and work with Engineering to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Keep clear records of assembly processes and troubleshooting steps ensuring feedback is shared with Engineering and Quality teams.
Support the introduction of new products by preparing production processes and aligning them with design requirements.
Conduct time studies develop tools and fixtures and implement improvements to enhance safety reduce waste and optimize production workflows.
Participate in or lead continuous improvement activities including 5S standard work and Kaizen initiatives.
Follow all safety and quality procedures and perform inspections to ensure assembled systems meet required standards.
Job requirements
A completed BA (MBO-4) or MSc degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
7 years of experience in high-tech assembly environments with a strong track record in applying 5S and Kaizen improvement methods.
Solid knowledge of electronics mechatronics PCBs electrical diagrams and measuring tools such as oscilloscopes and VNAs.
Hands-on experience with soldering connecting electronic components and building sub-assemblies.
A forklift drivers license is a plus.
Fluent in both English.
Strong attention to detail and a structured methodical way of working.
A practical hands-on mindset when driving improvement projects with the ability to align and engage stakeholders.
A collaborative team player whos comfortable working independently and across diverse cultural backgrounds.
