Develop and execute strategic F&B sales plans to achieve revenue targets across all outlets.
Initiate and manage promotional campaigns and events in collaboration with the Communications team.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and event organizers to grow business.
Coordinate with outlet managers chefs and banquet team to ensure seamless event execution.
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead.
Lead the F&B sales team ensuring consistent performance and professional development.
Track performance metrics prepare reports and analyze sales data to refine strategies.
Represent the hotel in networking events trade shows and industry-related functions.
Minimum 35 years of experience in F&B sales or marketing preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
Degree or diploma in Marketing Hospitality Management or related field.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and launching successful promotions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
Strong understanding of the local F&B scene market segments and consumer behavior.
Ability to multitask lead a team and coordinate cross-department efforts efficiently.
Fluent in English; additional language proficiency (e.g. Mandarin) is an advantage.
Willing to work flexible hours including weekends evenings and public holidays.
