Job Description: Senior QA Engineer Cloud & Networking Focus
Experience: 5 to 9 Years
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile QA Engineer with deep expertise across cloud technologies networking protocols and automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in designing and executing comprehensive test strategies and test plans and also develop automated test scripts for the features that are validated.
Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
Design and implement end-to-end test strategies and plans for cloud-based applications.
Develop automated test scripts usingPython Perl Go and frameworks such asRobot FrameworkandPyTest.
Validate enterprisewireless and wired networking protocols to ensure robust performance and reliability.
Test and verifysecurity protocolsincluding AAA 802.1X Captive Portal VPN Firewalls and SSL.
Automate UI testing using tools likeSeleniumorPlaywright.
Utilise network testing tools includingWiresharkiPerf andVeriwave.
Conduct performance and load testing using tools likeJMeterGrafana K6 etc.
Leverage cloud platforms such asAWSGoogle Cloud orAzurefor testing and deployment.
Apply containerization and orchestration technologies includingDockerKubernetes and clustering solutions.
Operate inLinux/Unix environmentswith proficiency.
Explore and applyAI/ML toolsto enhance testing capabilities.
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Added Advantages:
Cloud Practitioner Certificationin AWS GCP or Azure.
Experience in testingenterprise networking solutions.
Expertise inscale and performance testingin cloud environments.
Familiarity withtraffic generatorssuch asIxiaorSpirent.
Experience usingGitHub Copilotor similar AI-assisted development tools.
Certifications such asCCNA (Routing & Switching)CWNA orSecurity.
