Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process Ownership:

  • Serve as the primary owner of key finance processes within SPM OSM IB/OKS space.
  • Ensure processes are documented standardized and compliant with relevant regulations and company policies.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within existing finance workflows.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance process efficiency accuracy and scalability.
  • Implement best practices and leverage technology to optimize finance operations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with finance IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to finance team members on updated processes and tools.

Project Management:

Lead cross-functional projects related to process improvement system upgrades and new process rollouts.

Develop and maintain project plans timelines and status reports.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure finance processes comply with regulatory requirements internal controls and audit standards.
  • Mitigate process-related risks through proactive monitoring and control improvements.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management on process performance and improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of finance principles processes and systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Oracle Quote to Cash process
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and fast-paced environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

May be done in partnership with business partner(s) or via guidance to business partner(s) for execution. Defines system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models. Responsible for understanding business objectives. Performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared to specifications confers and/or drives issues with management for resolution and ensures overall fulfillment of business specifications. Responsible for day-to-day engagement with business and/or process subject matter experts. Advises and consults with business teams prioritizing allocation of people resources addressing project team problems ensuring that all team deliverables are met and developing and presenting proposals of project plan and getting agreement from appropriate stakeholders. Understands and applies theories to policies and operating environment needed to effectively and efficiently complete assignments.
