Registered Nurse (RN)
Full time
Concord NH
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated home health care team in Concord NH and surrounding this rewarding role you will conduct home visits focused on chronic disease management and pill box fills providing vital care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own will work with patients who are recovering from illness managing chronic conditions or receiving palliative carewith a strong focus on promoting independence safety and overall wellness.
Schedule
- Monday- Friday
- 1/hr visits
Pay:
RN $50.00/Hour

Job Requirements of a RN :
- Valid NursingLicense in the State of NH
- Graduate of a training and/or competency program as required by State/Federal Regulations
- A minimum of 6 monthsworking experience for staffing assignments
- Current CPR BLS Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim Healthcare)
