A growing healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join the Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone organized detail-oriented and eager to support a dynamic team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities Include:
Prepare minutes for HR meetings and assist with Board meeting materials
Coordinate and track employee performance evaluations and leave applications (FMLA Disability Paid Family Leave)
Support payroll and HR systems including Paycom setup and timecard approvals
Assist with internal communications such as newsletters staff recognition and the company culture calendar
Handle general HR inquiries manage mail and update the company website
Greet visitors and candidates warmly ensuring a professional environment
Provide administrative support to the HR Manager on projects and tasks
Ideal Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Familiarity with HR systems such as Paycom a plus
Prior HR or administrative support experience preferred
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently
