Our client established in 2001 is the largest BMW showroom and service centre in Thailand also providing certified pre-owned vehicles.

Job Description:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Creating accurate sales forecasts and analyzing KPIs to optimize strategies.
  • Delivering data-driven insights and detailed performance reports to management.
  • Identifying growth opportunities in the automotive aftermarket sector.
  • Building lasting customer relationships focusing on retention and upselling.
  • Staying informed on products and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
  • Conducting market research to refine strategies and support targeted campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Sales Management or related roles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams inspire performance and solve problems effectively.
  • Native Thai with strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Excellent negotiation interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online marketing tools.
  • Working Hours: Mon-Sat 8:30 AM 5:30 PM.
