Our client established in 2001 is the largest BMW showroom and service centre in Thailand also providing certified pre-owned vehicles.
Job Description:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
- Leading and motivating a high-performing sales team ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Creating accurate sales forecasts and analyzing KPIs to optimize strategies.
- Delivering data-driven insights and detailed performance reports to management.
- Identifying growth opportunities in the automotive aftermarket sector.
- Building lasting customer relationships focusing on retention and upselling.
- Staying informed on products and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
- Conducting market research to refine strategies and support targeted campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in Sales Management or related roles.
- Proven ability to lead teams inspire performance and solve problems effectively.
- Native Thai with strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Excellent negotiation interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online marketing tools.
- Working Hours: Mon-Sat 8:30 AM 5:30 PM.
