Highly experienced Chef de Partie preferably in a brasserie setting Passionate about culinary excellence and creativity A dynamic team player with a proven track record Privately you take the best care of all your friends and can turn any leftovers into a feast Quick to adapt and remain effective in a rapidly changing environment Enjoy sharing your great knowledge with colleagues Positive dynamic team player with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills for quick and effective coordination Flexible working hours including evenings and weekends Always smiling and armed with solutions for any challenge that comes your way.

Nice to Have

Passion for luxury hospitality Experience in training and mentoring junior staff Knowledge of fine dining and brasserie cuisine.
