JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Finance Analyst/Cost Accountant to join our manufacturing team. This role is perfect for a finance professional passionate about operational excellence and cost optimization in a manufacturing environment. Youll work closely with operations teams to drive profitability and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manufacturing Financial Support: Provide financial analysis and support for manufacturing operations cost accounting and operational efficiency initiatives
- Cost Analysis: Analyze production costs conduct variance analysis and identify margin improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting for operational departments including production supply chain and logistics
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key operational metrics and provide financial insights to optimize resource allocation and performance
- Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and track savings initiatives to improve operational profitability
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with operations teams to develop pricing strategies and evaluate capital investment opportunities
- Operational Reporting: Prepare financial reports and analysis for operational decision-making and performance management
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Manufacturing Experience: At least 4 years of manufacturing experience with focus on factory cost accounting
- ERP Expertise: Minimum 3 years of ERP experience
- Overall Experience: At least 4 years of overall experience with a strong background in cost accounting and product analysis
- Multi-Currency: Experience with multi-currency operations
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables and financial modeling
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data analysis
- Business Partnership: At least 2 years of experience as finance business partner to manufacturing supply chain and/or sales & marketing team.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
