Responsibilities:
Design visually appealing and innovative concepts graphics and layouts including user interfaces marketing materials banners and promotional visuals.
Create custom design elements from scratch ensuring originality and alignment with the brands identity.
Work closely with marketing teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.
Manage external creative agencies and freelancers providing clear briefs feedback and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
Collaborate on brainstorming sessions to initiate innovative ideas and concepts that resonate with target audience.
Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms including web mobile and tablet.
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.
Requirements:
Candidate possess at least Diploma/degree in arts graphic design multimedia or equivalent.
1 years and above in professional graphic design preferably with a creative or marketing agency.
Proficiency with required graphic design skills including the use of software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Must be a creative and strategic thinker. Strong vision art sense and commercial sense.
Required language(s): English Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (to deal with Chinese speaking stakeholders) both speaking and writing.
Proven experience with graphic design portfolio is required.
