Site Manager Cork
Permanent Position Salary up to 85000 DOE Company Vehicle

Our client one of Irelands leading homebuilders is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead construction on a large-scale residential development in Cork. This opportunity offers you the chance to work with a company that sets the industry standard for quality innovation and sustainability delivering homes and communities designed to enhance the way people live.

The Role

You will take ownership of day-to-day site operations ensuring that work is delivered safely on time and to exceptional quality standards. This includes:

Managing subcontractors to meet programme milestones.
Monitoring and maintaining compliance with the latest building regulations.
Driving construction excellence on a large-scale housing development.
Fostering a safe positive and productive site environment.

Requirements

Trade qualification or Construction-related degree.
57 years experience as a Site Manager on large residential projects.
In-depth knowledge of current building regulations and standards.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams.
