Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Mayo

Salary- Up to 70k

Role responsibilities include:

Coordinate with project teams including architects engineers contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects considering materials labour equipment and other relevant factors.
Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoffs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the quantities of materials required for construction projects.
Administer contracts and subcontracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing variations and claims.
Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase tracking expenditure assessing variations and managing change orders.
Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.

Role requirements:

Relevant 3rd level Qualification
4 years relevant experience
Excellent written verbal & communication skills
Excellent time management skills
