Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Mayo
Salary- Up to 70k

Our client is a mid-range contractor with experience in delivering high-quality Residential Commercial and industrial projects amongst others. They have built an impressive portfolio of clients from both the public and private sectors ensuring a varied and strong pipeline of upcoming work.
Role responsibilities include:
- Coordinate with project teams including architects engineers contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget and on time.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects considering materials labour equipment and other relevant factors.
- Conduct comprehensive quantity takeoffs and measurements from architectural and engineering drawings to determine the quantities of materials required for construction projects.
- Administer contracts and subcontracts ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing variations and claims.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase tracking expenditure assessing variations and managing change orders.
- Identify value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality or functionality.
Role requirements:
- Relevant 3rd level Qualification
- 4 years relevant experience
- Excellent written verbal & communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
