Salary: 85000 - 100000

Our client a leading residential developer is seeking an Senior Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility for the QS activity on the site. Reporting to the Regional QS the role involves management of subcontractor packages overseeing payments preparing monthly internal valuations and contributing to cost reports. You will also report on budgets and variations and maintain subcontractor and supplier contracts.
