What youll do

• Become part of a cross-functional product team called Atlas whose main domain is scenario designing. Help us to elevate the user experience when building and interacting with scenarios.
• Design and develop innovative solutions and build new product features.
• Improve existing systems to enhance maintainability performance reliability and resiliency.
• Write and maintain tests.
• Ship code to production and monitor its functionality using tools like DataDog.
• Automate repetitive work.
• Write and review RFCs and technical documentation.
• Review and give feedback on the work of others.
• Invest time into learning new things and growing.
• If you like you can participate in cross-cutting initiatives and influence how engineering practices and tooling evolve at Make.

As part of the Atlas team youll be building the core of our product - the interface that lets our customers create and manage their integration flows (scenarios). This means youll develop tools that let customers visually create configure and validate their integration scenarios and ensure they have seamless operation with real-time overviews of whats happening under the hood. What we expect from you

You have experience building and maintaining back-end services and understand the demands of running a service in production. You are fascinated about the world of distributed systems and want to grow in that area. You are aware of common software and microservice design patterns and have applied some of them in your work. You produce readable well-documented and tested code. You can engage in informed technical discussions. Specifically we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing cloud services (5 years)
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript on back-end and front-end
• Experience with Docker software containerization and microservices architectures are more than welcome.
• Experience with PostgreSQL Elasticsearch and other particular technologies from our stack is beneficial
• You get AI. Youre already using it daily to move faster and build better whether youre designing a system writing code or shipping features.
• Strong command of English both verbal and written (we are an international team).
