Position: Operation Support Intern
Department: J! Experiences Team
Location: Bangkok Thailand
Eligibility: Global
Reports To: Assistant Director of Operations
Preferred Start Date: Immediate (As soon as possible)
Contract Term: 10-12 weeks term with potential for extension

OUR VISION FOR THIS ROLE:
This intern will ensure smooth operational processes and preparations for a high-volume program season establishing and maintaining necessary systems while managing workload. This role offers valuable experience in program management partnership development and non-profit operations contributing to the growth of impactful programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative support
- Logistics & Coordination
- Process & Workflow Assistance
- Data entry & Analysis
- Vendor support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficient in using different platforms preferably AI platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
