Position Description:
Background and Essential Skills
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English
Must have working knowledge in MS Excel
Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail
Action-oriented and has the ability to assume ownership of requests/issues/escalations and deliver effective resolutions to customers
Customer-oriented (know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
A strong work ethic and flexibility to meet dynamic business needs
Experience proficiency and comfort in communicating and working effectively
A sense of autonomy initiative and responsibility
A motivated self-starter that takes initiative to bring issues to resolution
Quality oriented strategy
Proficiency to follow and write process documentation
Amenable to work on mid-shift and BU RTO requirement.
Job Description
Act as primary contact for leadership inquiries requests and ad hoc activities
Perform other functions as may be required by the Lead/ Manager.
Profound experience on Portfolio and Project Management
Working experience in Project Financial Management support such as Reporting and Analysis Monthly Closing Budget Management Resource Plan Cost Plan Analysis Reconciliation
Provide PMO support such as Status Reporting Financial Reporting Financial report extracts Quality of Data/Report etc.
Attend leadership meetings and discuss status
Prepare administrative reports and perform other functions as may be required by the client
Spearhead/Initiate improvements and share best practices
Willingness to work on flexible shift as required by the team
