Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data from Agile Oracle EBS Product Data Hub and Kinaxis Maestro to identify inconsistencies and errors. This involves data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality security and consistency.
- Monitoring and measuring data quality metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance data quality.
- Support Kinaxis Maestro Implementation projects through Master Data clean-up to ensure data accuracy and provide training and guidance as needed for onboarding.
- Support Supply Chain data maintenance across multiple regions to promote accuracy in weekly net requirements planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams including IT and business units to understand data requirements and ensure alignment on data management practices.
- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate key data insights and maintain documentation for data management process
Minimum Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Engineering or a related field like data science or business administration.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and data management tools.
- Familiarity with data governance principles data quality management and security practices.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve data-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- English Proficiency: Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
