Job Description
LOCATION:Piscataway New Jersey
SALARY: $106400 to $150000
As the Media Services Procurement Associate Manager youll play a key role in shaping and executing sourcing strategies for over $800MM of media initiatives across North America. Youll be at the forefront of change influencing supplier relationships and media investments to maximize value for Brands including Colgate-Palmolive Hills and CP Skin Health Group. Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing negotiation and contracting processes for media e-commerce retail media influencer advertising production and agency operations ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers driving collaboration value creation and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement innovative media sourcing strategies identifying opportunities for growth cost savings and process optimization.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis supplier segmentation and spend analytics to inform strategic decisions and deliver on KPIs.
- Foster supplier diversity and manage robust Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs to deliver excellence and innovation across categories.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies while leading RFI/RFP processes risk management and digital transformation projects in support of the Global Procurement agenda.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Sourcing Business Administration Finance Marketing or a related field.
- At least 8 years experience in Procurement Supply Chain Media or Marketing-related roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven ability to analyze complex data develop strategies and negotiate contracts.
- Deep understanding of media and advertising operations within a CPG or agency environment.
- Advanced skills in supplier evaluation contract negotiation and strategic cost management.
- Proficiency with procurement software and exposure to leading digital/data analytics initiatives.
- Strong leadership innovation mindset and a passion for driving change and sharing best practices across teams.
- Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder management skills demonstrated via impactful project execution.
