Job Summary
Extended Operations Driver Leader (Night Shift)
Schedule:
- Monday Thursday 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
Lead the Way in Night Operations
Are you a night owl or looking for flexibility during the day Hirschbach Motor Lines is seeking aDriver Leaderto oversee our extended operations team during evening hours. This role is essential to ensuring our drivers are supported safe and successful throughout their overnight routes.
What Youll Do
- Supervise nightly transportation operations and ensure drivers stay on schedule
- Monitor performance safety compliance and customer service standards
- Support drivers with route planning issue resolution and coaching
- Collaborate across departments to meet operational goals
- Maintain accurate records and track KPIs like delivery times and fuel efficiency
What You Bring
- High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
- 13 years in transportation logistics or related field
- Strong leadership communication and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and route optimization tools
