The Data Analyst provides analytical support to ATIs Access Management Team (AMT) and the broader Operations function with a focus on improving patient scheduling attendance and clinic efficiency. Reporting through the Analytics Center of Excellence (CoE) and working closely with AMT leadership this role is instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive operational performance and patient access outcomes.
This analyst will partner with business stakeholders to understand appointment trends support workforce management strategies and develop key operational scorecards and KPIs. The role involves building and maintaining reports and dashboards interpreting performance trends and supporting cross-functional collaboration between Analytics AMT and field operations teams. By surfacing insights and supporting test-and-learn efforts the Data Analyst plays a key role in improving clinic utilization patient adherence to care plans and overall operational effectiveness.
This position is ideal for someone early in their analytics career looking to grow their technical skills while making a meaningful impact on patient care delivery and access.

Minimum Education
Required:
Bachelors degree or relevant work experience in a relevant field (e.g. public health health services research epidemiology data science data analytics).

Advanced degree in a relevant field.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong proficiency in SQL with ability to query clean and transform large datasets
Solid understanding of data visualization and reporting principles; experience with tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker is a plus
Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages used in data analysis
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and validation
Ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and interpret results clearly for non-technical audiences
Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Interest in healthcare operations patient scheduling and continuous improvement
Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
