Senior Front-end Engineer React & React Native
- Category: Payments and technology
- Salary: Range from 10-12m (some negotiations permitted)
- Location: Tokyo and Remote (Subject to change)

Overview
Seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer with expertise in React and React Native As a pioneer in the fintech space in Japan This is a permanent position based in Tokyo Japan Full (Office based or remote is ok) Remote subject to change.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and develop various services and features for both internal and external users
- Contribute to the improvement of the front-end experiences for merchants and the admin platform
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization including product design infrastructure and operations
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system accuracy availability and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Degree in CS Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in building UIs using and React Native for both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience with native build tools such as XCode Gradle and Android Studio
- Strong background in modern UI development tools: like ES6 Redux Flow and Webpack
- Ability to deliver clean code in a large code base environment
- Passion for enhancing consumer experiences
- Familiarity with financial or payment products is a plus
Day-to-day
In this role you will work on creating simple user experiences for complex products collaborating with various teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of a a mobile web payment platform.
