Job Description
Responsibilities:
Plan manage and monitor project timelines resources and deliverables.
Utilize tools like JIRA Gantt charts Kanban boards and roadmaps to track progress and report updates.
Collaborate with large and diverse teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
Present project updates and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Identify potential risks propose solutions and ensure problems are resolved promptly.
Act as a leader within the teamencouraging accountability transparency and excellence.
Requirements:
Willing to work fully on-site (WFO).
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or a related field with a GPA of at least 3.00.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and JIRA.
Familiar with SDLC methodologies including Agile Scrum and Waterfall.
Skilled in project planning using Gantt charts Kanban boards and roadmap creation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experienced in delivering clear presentations and reports.
Able to communicate complex technical tasks to non-technical audiences.
Proactive critical thinker curious and possesses strong leadership capabilities.
Experience managing large teams is a plus.
