We are looking for a Manager Enterprise Application (Finance and Procurement) to join our Technology Team. You will manage the Finance & Procurement Solution Product lifecycle collaborating with partners to deliver technology solutions that drive business results.
As a Manager Enterprise Application we rely on you to:
- Working closely with finance & procurement business users to understand the business strategic goals leverage the external and internal resources to deliver the technology solutions for driving business outcome
- Manage the vendor to deliver the solution & service which meet the agreed service level and timeline.
- Act as IT partner and solution owner to the Finance & Procurement system enforce the solution comply with IT policies InfoSec Audit requirements and setup the group standard and key controls.
- Closely work with Global system users to enforce the implemented solution followed the IT policies InfoSec PMO requirement and group and industrial standard.
- Work with business users and Technology team to prepare the annual Budget planning.
- Working with Technology team to manage the product lifecycle from roadmap design implement review and continuous improvements through solution iterations.
We are looking for someone who has:
- 10 Years working experience.
- Minimum 3 years solid experienced in Finance & procurement related IT products and services management.
- IT Technical Knowledge and project experience in the system integration. (e.g. Process automation Reconciliation automation E-invoice VAT invoice integration will be advantages)
- Problem-solving planning skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in written and oral English proficiency in Mandarin
- Working experience in IT Headquarter will be an advantage
- Experience working in a global or regional project.
- Project management (PMP) is an advantage.
- Travel may require.
