Looking for end-to-end ownership of Order to Cash processes in a complex environment

The Client is looking for an experienced SAP SD / OTC Functional Analyst to join a global initiative focused on the design implementation and support of advanced SAP Order to Cash solutions.
The project is based in a highly regulated industry aiming to optimize and integrate global business processes across multiple systems and regions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design configuration testing and deployment of SAP OTC processes (order management pricing delivery invoicing)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions
- Provide technical leadership across end-to-end OTC processes aligned with SAP best practices
- Configure and enhance SAP SD and related modules based on business needs
- Manage integrations with external systems such as 3PL and EDI
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP OTC issues including root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with internal IT standards and audit requirements
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience working with SAP with strong expertise in SAP SD and OTC processes
- In-depth knowledge of order management pricing invoicing and accounts receivable processes
- Strong understanding of integrations with SAP MM FI/CO and SCM modules
- Proven experience working with cross-functional global teams in complex environments
- Familiarity with EDI IDOC BTP and API-based OTC integrations
- Ability to contribute across multiple project phases (design testing cutover go-live)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience with S/4HANA is a plus
- Understanding of tax integration tools (e.g. Thomson Reuters) is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Background in the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience with tools such as JIRA HP/ALM or X-Ray
