Job Summary
We are looking for a Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
As a Assistant Director of Food and Beverage we rely on you to
1. Be responsible for the overall administration and operation of the Food & Beverage Division
2. To maximize profits enforce quality standards maintenance of high staff performance and ensures customer satisfaction.
3. Other responsibilities
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has a passion for Food and Beverage Department
2. Minimum 2 years experience at same position in an International class hotel
3. Diploma / Degree in food and beverage / hospitality management is preferred
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English
5. Outgoing and people oriented
