Job Description
Entity: Oracle America Inc.
Job Duties: Solve complex problems related to infrastructure cloud services and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Design write and deploy software to improve the availability scalability and efficiency of Oracle products and services. Design and develop designs architectures standards and methods for large-scale distributed systems. Facilitate service capacity planning and demand forecasting software performance analysis and system tuning. May telecommute. (385.34675)
Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field 3years of experience in the job offered or in a Site Reliability Developer-related occupation. Position requires:
- Scripting Languages Python Java Go or Shell;
- Ci/CD Kubernetes;
- Cloud Operations;
- Infrastructure as Code;
- Site Reliability Experience;
- Kubernetes Cluster Upgrades and Patching;
- On Call Experience;
- Change Management Process; and
- Monitoring and Observability Tools.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
